Sounds simple enough, yet a number of companies out there have a very blinkered approach when it comes to marketing opportunities they present to their customers, many of whom sell a product, not for their customers benefit, but to simply shift a particular product or range, without even taking into consideration what the customer requires and what it will mean to their bottom line.

By comparison, many of our customers come to us with one project or goal in mind but more often than not, when they leave, they not only leave with their goal fulfilled, but they also leave with a whole world of new possibilities they hadn’t thought of. Whether it’s a different approach to a marketing concept, with a recent perfect example being to take a large clumsy price list that would become tattered and torn into something that fitted into a purse or wallet, thus giving their price list more longevity. We like to think that we inspire our customers to broaden their horizons in terms of the wider variety of options available to help them promote themselves and their business.
